1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and bdtil ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the bdtil website accessible at https://bdtil.net and all associated gaming, financial, and customer support services offered therein.

By accessing the bdtil platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in a game, or claiming a promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between bdtil and its players, including support interactions, dispute correspondence, and formal notices, shall be conducted in English.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the remainder of these Terms.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with bdtil's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdtil with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of bdtil's gaming products and financial services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals who meet all requirements set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

By registering an account on bdtil, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdtil is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 18 years of age are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or promotion offered on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of using the platform in your own jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bdtil or any of its associated software or payment providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bdtil platform or had a prior account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdtil. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bdtil reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and refusal of withdrawal requests.

2.4 KYC Verification

bdtil operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and financial integrity standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence, and proof of address — at any point, including before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdtil platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bdtil supports a range of Bangladesh-local payment methods to ensure accessible, fast, and reliable deposit and withdrawal services for all registered players.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is finalised. 3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an exception is expressly agreed by bdtil's finance team in writing. This same-method policy is in place to protect against money laundering and unauthorised account access. Where a deposit method is no longer available (e.g., a closed mobile wallet account), bdtil will work with you on a case-by-case basis to identify a suitable alternative.

3.4 No Fees on Standard Transactions

bdtil does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or foreign exchange charges. bdtil is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers. Players are advised to consult their payment provider's terms for applicable fees.

3.5 Currency

All account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bdtil does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All monetary amounts displayed on the platform are in ৳ BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

bdtil offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the individual offer is made.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by bdtil are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual offer terms. For example, a bonus labelled as "30x wagering requirement" means that the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested. Only wagers placed on qualifying games count toward wagering requirements — free spin winnings on excluded games do not contribute.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Bonus validity periods are clearly stated within your account dashboard at the time the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bdtil employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using low-risk or matched betting strategies specifically designed to clear bonus wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; using third-party software to exploit promotional offers; and colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering activity. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdtil reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and take further action up to and including permanent account closure.

4.4 Promotional Eligibility

bdtil reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Promotions may be restricted by player location, account history, verification status, or other criteria specified in the individual offer terms. bdtil is not obligated to extend any promotional offer to any player who does not meet the stated eligibility criteria. Players must opt in to promotions where an opt-in mechanism is provided — simply receiving a promotional email does not automatically credit a bonus to your account.

5 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bdtil, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the platform, or third parties. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdtil:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point when interacting with bdtil;
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a non-human manner, including for the purposes of betting, game play, or account management;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any bdtil software or game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the bdtil platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game type, including live poker, Teen Patti, or Pappu, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bdtil staff members via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media;
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your account;
• Using the bdtil platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreational gaming.

Breach of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. bdtil reserves the right to take immediate corrective action, including suspension or permanent closure of the offending account, withholding of associated balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtil platform — including but not limited to the bdtil brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdtil or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.1 Limited Licence to Use

bdtil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the bdtil platform.

6.2 Third-Party Game Content

Game titles available on bdtil are provided by independent third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All intellectual property rights in such games remain vested in the respective providers. bdtil's use of third-party game content is governed by separate licensing agreements between bdtil and those providers.

6.3 Prohibited Use of bdtil Content

You may not use the bdtil name, logo, or any other brand identifier in any context — including on social media, personal websites, or in communications — without prior written consent from bdtil. 7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of, or inability to use, the bdtil platform.

7.1 Service Availability

bdtil aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond bdtil's reasonable control — including internet service disruptions, power outages, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. bdtil shall not be liable for any loss of bets, bonuses, or winnings attributable to platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our control.

7.2 Game Outcome Accuracy

All game outcomes on bdtil are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by our game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that causes a game to operate incorrectly, bdtil reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and refund the associated stake to the player's account. No claim shall arise from a player in respect of a game outcome that was affected by a demonstrable technical error.

7.3 Third-Party Links and Services

The bdtil platform may reference third-party services (such as payment providers). bdtil is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, security, or content of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed entirely by those providers' own terms and conditions.

7.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You accept that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited into your bdtil account and that bdtil has no obligation to compensate you for gaming losses. You are solely responsible for all bets, wagers, and gaming decisions made from your account. bdtil strongly encourages responsible gaming practices and urges all players to set and observe personal deposit and loss limits.

8 Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bdtil account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, bdtil will process any outstanding withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. Where an active bonus is in progress at the time of closure, bdtil reserves the right to void that bonus before processing the withdrawal.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming Purposes

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion, concerns about problematic gambling, or a desire to take a break — bdtil will expedite the closure process and apply a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion as requested. 8.3 Termination by bdtil

bdtil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Detection of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory, legal, or law enforcement instruction to restrict or close the account;
• Identification of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.

Where an account is closed by bdtil due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, bdtil reserves the right to forfeit the balance. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by bdtil — all outstanding bonuses and bonus balances are immediately voided. Access to the platform, including game history and transaction records, will no longer be available through the account interface. bdtil will retain your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
